that's it! Honey I'm home!!!!

i just re-read most of your comments and encouragement....things that i couldn't fully read before. THANK YOU so much....you are all so great. As much as it was tough to leave Vietnam, it is fun to be back home, and i am starting to look forward to going back to school again too. But first, I'm hoping to go camping with my Paw and unwind around home a bit.

Well, I made it home Tuesday evening...
We flew from Vietnam to Hong Kong then on to LA on Monday....left Monday evening, arrived later Monday evening....with a 15 hour plane ride and a trip over the international date-line it was a super long, interesting double day. Later on Monday night, our team celebrated together and hung out most of the night as the 7 of us who came back together, out of 10, were all parting ways early on Tuesday. So, on Tuesday I flew from LA to North Carolina on to Buffalo, making it another crazy travelling day. Dad, Oma and Karina, were all at the airport to greet me and then we went out for supper. Guess what i ate??? you bet--RICE:)

My body is all out of sorts and just wants to sleep through out the day and then at night i just wake up ready to go....but that is sort of backwards right!!? i'm trying to tackle my mental clock. Other than that, things are normal and enjoyable at home.

I wish i had been able to tell more of what happened along the way and throughout the trip but now hopefully I will be able to tell you first hand some of the stories and events that took place. It was such a whirlwind and totally exciting month. One of my students kept saying that it was, "Unforgettable!" I totally agree...

i will add some pictures tomorrow so you can have a better visual off some things that happened and people I met. As for now my mental clock is yelling at me to go to bed:)
over and out.

Hey Ginelle, It is great to hear that you are home. Enjoy your time there, as school is fast approaching. I can't wait for late night chats and eating rice together (I am starting to like it more now!!!) Take care! In Christ, Beth
