Textures and flowers

Here are a few of my things for sale at "Textures," a Hamilton artist co-op.  I have been a member for a little while selling cards, stitched framed button things and some yarn/fabric flowers.  (Nope, not the mugs:).)
Come for a visit sometime!  I have a chunk of space to display things and I work in the store about once per month.

The streets were full for Locke Street Festival!

And now, here is the latest and greatest.
We have been busy!  These are some amazing fabric flowers for Emma-Jane's upcoming wedding. Emma-Jane, myself and a few others have gotten together to be creative lately and we are having so much fun putting these beauties together!!
Growing up in real flowers all my life, I can't believe what you can do with fabric, how good they look and what potential there is for more flowers like these.  Love it!

Here are the initial flowers made for the bridesmaid bouquets...

And then we clustered them together with some other buttons, lace, and bits...

 Lovely.

We can't wait to get to the Bride's bouquet next:)

It seems I've missed a few of your posts. Glad to see what Textures looks like and your stuff there. So great!
